Gastronomy: Blanco Desayuno


1. Hard boil 3 medium eggs.
2. When cool, chop eggs in cute little cubes.
3. In a bowl, mix carrots, basil and thousand island dressing and the
eggs and mix with a wooden spoon.
4. Pour on top of bread.

I loved this as a child. My mother used to make this, I just added
carrots and basil. I always eat a light breakfast and dine al fresco
with the perfumes of flowers. What's your favorite breakfast?
