And how true it is. As a child, I always loved

getting presents. But as an adult today, receiving 

hardly comes to my mind now. Of course,

even we adults or elder folks still love getting presents,

but we do not expect them, instead, we are surprised,

touched, and we genuinely appreciate what we receive.

This is a lesson (or should I say milestone?)  we get

as we get older. Today, the joy and excitement that

I felt whenever I got a present as a child

or even today as an adult, I see in those who I give presents to.

Seeing them gives me a somewhat warm, happy feeling.

And that is one of the most wonderful feelings in the world.
