Philippine Orchid Society's 70th Orchid and Garden Show

I simply adore plants and flowers, I love to see them grow

and bloom. It is absolutely one of the best moments in the 

world when you see them come alive and sprout up from

the ground. And I would personally rate my gardening
 skills an eight out of ten. ;) Though I know my husband would

most certainly not agree with me ;)

So I was very pleased to go to the Philippine Orchid Society's 
70th Orchid and garden show at the Quezon Memorial Circle.

The orchid and garden showpiece arrangement competition started a
few days earlier, so the flowers had already withered when we got to 
see them, but you could still see the beauty and the ingenious designs 
created by the participants. There were also the booths

 that sold flowers, seeds, trees, and even paintings.
They also have free lectures about gardening by distinguished guests
every two in the afternoon, the show is until the 7th of March
so you can still have a look ;)

We enjoyed the fair garden inside the park and found some
lovely flowers and  strawberry plants ;)
