Mom Style: Chic Workout Gear From Fabletics

I am a firm believer that when we take care of our bodies,

we add more years to our lives. Being fit is also beneficial

for our mind and soul. Workouts not only make

our bodies look good, it is valuable for our inner selves.

 I have been a Pilates buff since college.

These days my I love light  Muay Thai training with my

husband. I love the beauty and art of Muay Thai, and it is a 

very good workout, plus it's good for self defense as well.

in getting active." And I think that she accomplished that through
