I've just finished watching the Netflix show "Who Were We running From?".
I know it's not fair that the mother brought her daughter with her,
only to deal with the mother's trauma and sadness, which put
them both in danger.
But! This post is just about the show's wardrobe.
There are many ways I can relate to the mother, actually
I also have an only child
I love wearing black
I also dress my (not so little) daughter in classic children's clothing
Well, my daughter is 11, but she's not that much into dressing
up yet, I know sooner or later she'll want to pick clothes herself,
so I'm really taking advantage of this time to
doll her up in lovely little girl dresses.
Anyway, here are some shots I took on my phone because
we can't take a screenshot on Netflix.
I do love the styling they did, specially on the daughter's
outfits. They are child-like with the collars, jumpers and puffy
sleeves. And also her braids. But the outfits really look great to me.
The mother also always looks elegant with her black ensembles.

I watched this, although a bit odd I did enjoy it. And yes the clothes were great as was the acting.
