Hullo, my lovely friends ❤
You know, when I was in grade school, it came to my mind
that a teacher's life or the transition from this day to the next day is quite fast.
Because, of course, there's the schedule, Monday it's Math, Tuesday
it's Science, that is of course, if the teacher doesn't handle all the subjects
in one class, and she teaches different subjects. I realized, at that moment that
the week goes by so fast if you think about it. But, the not so funny thing is,
today as a mom, each day goes by so fast too. And, of course, I know,
this goes for everyone else, especially the working folk, which I am now a
part of, or basically everyone. ;) Life is indeed short, that's why I always
keep in mind to spend each day without negativity, and always make
great memories, because, I know, every moment is a moment to remember ;)
I work from home, so I don't wear corporate clothes at this time, but I am
also not a fan of slouchy home outfits. Truthfully speaking, when I
wear ill fitting or maybe very loose/worn out t-shirts or tank tops at home,
I feel lousy, and it makes me feel drained (ok, laugh ;))
So, I make it a point to throw away every very worn out t-shirts
and tank tops at home, or anything
that is ugly, yes, "Be ruthless!" -I got that from a TV show when
I was in high school. Of course, people are different,
but for me, it works really well. It doesn't have to be expensive or
formal, but, home outfits also need to be presentable and nice too.
And being online for work, I also found some really cute and affordable
They have really fun tees and cheap dresses from casual to formal.
As a work at home mom, I have a full day everyday as all moms have
and made a little outfit diary every mom can relate to ;)
Love,
M
It a good reminder to update your wardrobe.

I liked this approach very much! True, when someone works from home, doesn't really pay attention to clothes - I mean, normally not. To throw all the T-shirts you don't want anymore is fine! I agree with you, life is too short and we should spend it being positive! Hope you have a great evening!

You're not alone, I am a stay at home mum and I make sure I dress decently even though I am home. Looking good will instantly make me feel good about myself.

What a great post -- all these outfits are adorable. I also feel like dressing sloppily makes me feel tired and lazy, whereas taking time to dress nicely, even if I'm not going out, makes me feel more energized and motivated.
