Fly With Dinosaurs With KidzMixFlix

Kids today are quite lucky. In the medicine and health

department, there are various vaccines for infants,

and, of course, many educational toys are getting
more and more competent. With this, also comes
the rise of children using electronic gadgets. 

Seeing  a child cleverly use a tab or phone, or laptop is a 
very common thing nowadays. We let our five year old
use the tablet too, but, we limit her time with it.
 Every parent is different indeed, but, of course, as a 
mom, I think of the side effects it will bring her. But,
certainly, when it's her time to use the tab, she does
enjoy it. 

Aside from educational games, Miss B absolutely
adores watching videos. The vast collection of videos that
pops up really are a treasure to children. Miss B loves
watching nursery rhymes and she simply adores birds.
B can already identify numerous species of birds and so,
to step up her game, I looked for Pterosaur videos so she 
would know the ancestors of her beloved bird friends.

                 

I found KidzMixFlix on youtube, and they actually

specialize on dinosaurs. The videos are really cute and

Belle loved the Archaeopteryx which is believed to be the 

first bird in the world. The music is really catchy and Belle 

loves the illustrations. Belle also liked the other dinosaurs. 

Based in the Netherlands, the creators of KidzMixFlix,

Barrie Corbett and Frans Erkelens made many albums

including Paddington Bear, Dinosaurs, Postman Pat, Donald 

Duck, Babar, Spot the Dog, Bump the Elephant, Rupert Bear,

and, the most notable, the American “Best of Friends” Smurf

 album got a Grammy award nomination.

                 

There are also other versions of the videos 

readily available in other  languages. The videos

are really informative, showing the parts of the body, 

and what each dinosaur can do, and how they lived based

on their unique body parts and skills. 

The illustrations really are so so cute. This is absolutely

the perfect timing as well, because Belle is in pre-school.
