I am just a simple backyard gardener, but,
I genuinely came to truly love gardening.
Thus, taking it a notch higher
by joining garden clubs and attending agricultural
seminars. Because, when you develop a love
for gardening, you seem to want to learn more
about the plants, how to grow them better, or
learn more about different plant diseases, so that
you really know what you're doing.

One of the biggest garden shows
in the country is the Hortikultura Filipina by
the Philippine Horticultural Society. I attended
as a walk in, and I'm very glad to attend this year's
event as finally part of the tour, as I get to see all of the
gardens and learn more about the plants from the guided
gardens and learn more about the plants from the guided
tour held by the Renaissance man Mr. Rence Chan
who is absolutely a genius in many fields.
Aside from the plants that are on display,
we also learned more about the beautiful park.

The event opened last February 2, but
is still ongoing at the Quezon Memorial Circle,
Quezon City until February 11. The park
is also filled with booths selling plants,
fresh produce, garden decor, and, all
things every gardeners will love.
