Fashion Inspiration: Leighton Meester as Meg in Monte Carlo 2011

 

Three girls travel to France and pose as an heiress and her friends. 

 

I love Leighton Meester's character. She was kind of uptight at first but when she meets a boy, she gets to be carefree and loosen up a bit. And I love her style, her father said "Of all the places she visited, Paris was her favorite." so maybe that's why her style is more sophisticated than the two girls. And later on on the movie, she spoke French. I adore her!

Also, I love the scene when they arrived in Paris, she was at a store and she bought a key chain of the Eiffel Tower.

 I completely adore this dress and it served as a cover-up and the swimsuit too. I love the stylist who did this!

I adore the season finale, it's so romantic with the snow and that she
asked Matthew to propose properly! I'm so excited for season three!
The newly weds in the flapper era! I've seen pictures of them shooting
season three, it's really the 20s. I wonder if they will continue
until the time of Hitler? Probably yes, I could see the girls in
vintage full skirts and dresses!

She's looking perfect as ever. She wore two Alexander Mcqueen dresses,
she wore the red dress for the jubilee festivities and the lace for
mass. I adore the creamy lace dress and the matching hat is so lovely!

In the past centuries, it was uncommon and unthinkable for the royals
to repeat clothes(at least in France it was) . I've read
Marie-Antoinette was prohibited to use her shoes more than once(even
if nobody can actually see it because of her very long dress!). I just
love Duchess Kate's look! Her taste is impeccable and she always look
so stunning!
